Description of the award criteria :
1) Waga: 90 % Liczba punktów jaką można uzyskać w kryterium cena, obliczona zostanie na podstawie wzoru określonego w Specyfikacji warunków zamówienia w Rozdziale XVIII. Opis kryteriów oceny ofert wraz z podaniem wag tych kryteriów i sposobu oceny ofert. 2) Waga: 10 % - Termin dostawy Wykonawca otrzyma: 0 pkt. za termin dostawy – 5 - 6 dni roboczych 5 pkt. za termin dostawy – 3 - 4 dni robocze 10 pkt. za termin dostawy – 1 - 2 dni robocze
