The objective of this procurement procedure is to award the Contract to one or more suitable Candidates with whom an Agreement regarding the Fire Insurance is entered into.

The contract is awarded based on the lowest price.
Description of the renewal :
The Agreement is entered into for an initial period of 3 years. After this period, the Client has the option to extend the Agreement continuously with mutual approval for each period of 12 months until a total duration of 9 years is reached.
