Lidingö city's goal with the contract is a cohesive, user-friendly, and future-proof learning platform that supports the city's educational activities within preschool, leisure centers, primary school, adapted primary school, upper secondary school, and adapted upper secondary school. The platform should contribute to increased quality in teaching and learning, efficient communication between school, students, and guardians, as well as reduced administrative burden for the operations. The city aims for a solution that offers comprehensive support for planning, documentation, assessment, follow-up, communication, as well as attendance and absence management, characterized by high user-friendliness, automated workflows, and strong support for the systematic quality work of the operations. The contract period is four years with the right for the city to extend the contract one or more times on unchanged terms for up to a maximum of 48 months.
