New competition - Winter maintenance of roads in Målselv municipality

Målselv municipality unit TEKNISK invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the operation of municipal roads and other traffic areas. An operational contract for winter maintenance of roads is an agreement between a road owner and a contractor to ensure accessibility and traffic safety on the road network throughout the winter, typically by snow clearing, gritting, snow clearing and contingency in accordance with fixed requirements of standard, response time and quality.
Description of the award criteria :
1) The completed price form with the total evaluation price will be used to compare and rank the price offers. 2) Points will be awarded for euro and step classes on heavy vehicles and site machines that shall be used to carry out the contracts based on the completed machinery form. The points will be folded up and weighted. A maximum of 40 points can be scored per tenderer. The points are weighted and a maximum of 3 environmental points will be given for the total number of points that the tenderers will rank when the contracts are awarded.
